Job Description - Boring Mill Operator

Excellent opportunity at busy, growing shop with a clean working environment.  We are looking for a top level CNC Boring Mill Operator to set up and operate a Manual 5" bar with a built -in rotary table.  Willing to train a strong operator on set -ups. Experience machining large parts and working with an overhead crane is required.

Requirement include:  
  • Skilled in Blueprint reading
  • Skilled in set -up & fixturing of Horizontal Boring Mills.
  • Heavily skilled in Manual Horizontal Boring Machine.
  • Must be able to Set -up, & do up process sheets to complete the job.
  • Must have good knowledge of the use of X -Y -Z -W & B axis machining.
  • Experience in the use of overhead cranes with parts ranging from 1 - 20 tons.
  • Have good communication skills & willing to work well with others.
This opportunity on 1st shift - Four 10 -hour days a week with overtime available!
