Bowling Director - Red Rock

Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company policies, standards, and procedures while serving as the operational and strategic leader of Red Rock Lanes. The Director of Bowling is responsible for the overall performance, financial success, guest experience, and daily operations of the bowling center, ensuring Red Rock Lanes consistently delivers a best-in-class entertainment experience reflective of the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa brand.

This position provides leadership over all aspects of the operation, including bowling operations, VIP bowling, league development, tournaments, group events, birthday parties, corporate outings, food and beverage integration, team member development, facility presentation, and operational excellence. The Bowling Director partners with leaders throughout the resort to drive revenue growth, enhance both Guest and Team Member experience, develop high-performing teams, and create memorable experiences for every guest.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have two years previous management experience managing a team. Previous experience managing financial performance, budgets, labor, and operating expenses. Some knowledge of bowling center operations, league management, tournaments, group events, and entertainment operations preferred. Ability to work any shift or hours. Effectively act quickly and exercise good judgment under pressure. Effectively communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form. Must be able to sit, walk, bend, and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
