Boxing Instructor

As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, we’re looking for an experienced Group Fitness Boxing Instructor who is ready to lead safe, fun, and effective boxing-based fitness classes. As Boxing Instructor at HCI, you’ll help our members build skills, improve fitness, and get a great working while creating an engaging and welcoming class environment.

What you’ll do:

• Provide clear instruction and lead heavy bag and glove drills during your scheduled boxing classes
• Provide appropriate modifications based on participants’ fitness levels and restrictions
• Ensure participant safety by monitoring and correcting boxing form, hand and wrist wrapping, and equipment usage
• Foster an inclusive environment for all members and first-time visitors
• Manage your schedule of classes within our team, including requesting subs and helping cover classes for fellow instructors

What makes you a great fit:

• Flexible availability to teach morning, evening, and/or weekend classes
• Background or experience in boxing, kickboxing, or combat sports conditioning
• Current group fitness and/or boxing-specific certification(s)
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Strong communication skills and coachability
