As a Branch Champion, you’ll play a key role in keeping the branch running smoothly while helping our team shine. Working alongside the VP Branch Leader and under the guidance of the Branch Leader, you’ll support daily operations, champion great member experiences, and help ensure we stay aligned with policies and compliance standards. This role is all about leading with energy, coaching and encouraging branch staff, and helping the team reach exciting sales, service, financial performance, and branch goals together.
While some of your time will be spent coaching and mentoring staff to successful performance, you may also find yourself on the teller line, providing service and working with our members on providing products to meet their needs. You’ll also be involved in ensuring internal compliance on policies and procedures.
You will get satisfaction from seeing your efforts pay off as your team excels and our members are pleased with the service and products provided.

Requirements:
- Six months to two years or similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
- Previous supervisory/Leadership experience.
- Banking/Credit Union/financial institution experience.
- Lending experience
Pay Information:
Starting Range: $21.14/hr. - $26.42/hr.
