Branch Manager

We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operations. You will manage staff, foster a positive work environment, and ensure client satisfaction and proper branch operation. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that will impact productivity, service, and sales.

Requirements

·         Opening and closing of branch location. 

·         Ability to lead with demonstrated professionalism.

·         Ability to coach and hold team accountable with policies, processes, and established work routines. 

·         Provide training for new employees.

·         Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities. 

·         Support Staffing Manager with candidate interviews when necessary. 

·         Ordering, maintenance and inventory of office supplies and employee uniforms. 

·         Maintain business relationships visiting local 

·         Maintaining client relationships visiting local business partners.

·         Previous branch management experience or similar role required. 

·         Office Management/administrative background required (tech savvy) 

·         Sales and marketing experience desired. 

·         Strong communication and client service skills. 

·         Excellent organizational skills. 

·         Results driven and client focused. 

·         Demonstrated leadership and management skills. 

·         Must be able to multi-task simultaneously while holding staff accountable.

·         Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment required.
