Position Overview

We are hiring a Full-Time Brand Ambassador to support our California territory. This is a field-based role focused on building relationships with dispensaries, educating budtenders and customers, and supporting in-store promotions and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with dispensary staff and retail partners.


• Educate budtenders and customers on products, promotions, and brand messaging.


• Execute in-store demos, pop-ups, and promotional events.


• Provide feedback from the field on product performance and customer insights.


• Support sales initiatives and brand visibility in assigned territory.


• Transport and manage promotional materials as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age in accordance with state cannabis regulations.


• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territory; valid driver's license and insurance required for roles involving driving.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.


• Comfortable working evenings and weekends based on business needs.


• Ability to perform physical job duties, including standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Experience

• Cannabis retail, brand ambassador, or field marketing experience.


• Customer-facing roles such as sales, hospitality, or promotions.


• Strong cannabis product knowledge.

Compensation & Perks

• $25.00 per hour.
