We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing Brand Ambassador to be a welcoming presence in our restaurant. You’ll connect with guests, support the team, promote our brand, and help ensure every visit is a great one.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and engage guests with genuine, upbeat hospitality
• Check in with guests and anticipate their needs
• Handle guest questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
• Build relationships with guests and help create loyal customers
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room
• Support the team during busy shifts
• Lead by example in hospitality and customer service
• Promote restaurant specials, events, and promotions
• Support community engagement and local events
• Bring energy, positivity, and a sense of urgency to every shift

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with guests
• Passionate about hospitality and great customer service
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Willing to take ownership and help wherever needed

Restaurant or customer-service experience is preferred.
