Responsibilities

• Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
• Answer general questions and provide accurate information about company offerings.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate useful insights to the team.
• Collaborate with team members to support promotional and business objectives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current services, promotions, and brand messaging.
• Help create a welcoming and professional customer experience.
