LOCATION: Hybrid in Las Vegas

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Brand Supervisor is responsible for directing the day-to-day strategic activities of assigned accounts. The Brand Supervisor plans, coordinates and leads marketing efforts to reach client’s objectives either directly or through broader team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Maintains a working relationship and establishes a high level of trust and competence with counterpart(s) in the client’s organization.
• Supports the Group Account Director/Account Director with leading the integrated team through strategy through campaign/project development.
• Leads the development of proposals and delivery of client presentations; ensures they are dynamic, persuasive, and grounded in strategic relevance.
• Develops and implements strategic communication plans using all proper resources, e.g., research, competitive information, market analysis, with input from the client and other agency strategists, when appropriate.
• Keeps team apprised of all relevant client and market developments.
• Demonstrates the ability and knowledge to represent the agency in any and all activities and tasks performed by the agency for the client.
• Seeks business opportunities with new and existing clients and plays a supportive role in their development.
• Is an “expert” on client’s business and tracks client’s performance as well as the performance of the client’s competitors; Researches and communicates information that may influence the brand and/or business.
• Supervising the development and administration of the clients’ budgets and ensuring that the accounts function within those budgets.
• Prepares internal written/verbal reports of client’s current activities, monthly revenue forecasts, and plans for future development of accounts.
• Works proactively to provide clients marketing solutions through strategic, integrated communications.
• Collaborates with on drafting creative briefs, in conjunction with Account Director, Strategist and Creative Director as appropriate, and leads team briefing meetings.
• Monitors project’s ongoing adherence to the creative brief.
• Is familiar with overall agency goals and able to cross sell the various disciplines of marketing.
• Anticipates problems, surfaces them and effectively resolves issues (with specific regard to strategic direction, budget allocation, and staff issues).
• Ensures assigned staff has a clear understanding of expectations for their performance, receive frequent ongoing constructive feedback, have opportunities for learning and building new relationships, and are mentored for professional development; swiftly addresses performance issues.
• Gathers, analyzes and shares with the entire team all relevant information and insights regarding our clients’ business. 
• Fosters collaboration and positive conflict resolution among team members.
• Understands and abides by the agency’s business practices and philosophies as well as understands R&R’s policies and procedures.
