Budtender | $18–$20/hour + tips
Be the heart of the Bud's guest experience! Our Budtenders help guests navigate cannabis products, provide knowledgeable and welcoming service, complete accurate sales transactions, and keep the sales floor running smoothly. We're looking for friendly, reliable people who love working with others and are excited to grow their cannabis knowledge. Retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is a plus!

Lead Sales Associate | $20–$22/hour + tips
Our Lead Sales Associates are experienced, guest-focused team members who provide exceptional service while serving as a knowledgeable peer resource on the sales floor. In addition to assisting guests and completing sales, Leads help support opening and closing tasks, transaction accuracy, product knowledge, and day-to-day communication with the team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong retail or hospitality experience who enjoys helping both guests and teammates succeed.

Both roles offer full-time opportunities and require availability for nights, weekends and holidays. Candidates must be 21+ and eligible for required cannabis industry badging.
