Oversee setup of pumpkins, lighting, décor, pathways, signage, photo ops, props, and scenic elements
Coordinate wiring and placement of lighting and powered elements
Operate or oversee operation of utility vehicles, lifts, trailers, and equipment
Maintain organization of storage areas, inventory, props, and décor throughout the season
Work alongside teams in a fast-paced outdoor environment
Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining high standards and timelines
Troubleshoot setup issues and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Assist with operational maintenance and attraction support during the event season as needed
Ensure safe working practices across all setup and teardown operations
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Previous leadership or project management experience preferred
Comfortable leading crews in physically demanding outdoor work
Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy items throughout the workday
Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and uneven outdoor terrain
Experience with tools, equipment, trailers, utility vehicles, or scenic/event builds is strongly preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable transportation to and from Wyoming, MN
Ability to work long hours, weekends, and flexible schedules during peak build periods
Must work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude with teams
Ideal Candidate:
This role is ideal for someone with experience in:
Event production
Construction or scenic builds
Theme parks or attractions
Haunted attractions
Festival or live event setup
Warehouse/logistics management
Large-scale décor installation
You should be someone who enjoys building things, leading teams, staying organized, and seeing a massive project come together from start to finish.
Schedule:
Contract runs approximately August through November (potential full time year round if right candidate).
Setup period: 4 to 6 weeks
Includes teardown following the event season
Hours will vary and increase during peak setup and teardown periods
