Builder Installer

Position Summary

La Cuisine Appliances is seeking a Full-Time Appliance Installer to join our Builder Division. This role involves installing appliances in private residences and new construction sites throughout SE Florida, mostly in Miami-Dade County. The ideal candidate will take a hands-on leadership role in ensuring installations are completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Install residential appliances according to manufacturer guidelines.


• Perform work primarily in construction and renovation environments


• Inspect installation sites to ensure readiness.


• Connect appliances to water lines and electrical outlets as required


• Ensure quality workmanship / test installed appliances to ensure proper operation


• Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with customers / contractors


• Travel to multiple job sites as required


• Trouble shoot and resolve basic installation or operational issues on site


• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures


• Accurately complete installation reports and documentation

Skills and Qualifications

• Positive and professional work attitude; reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive


• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment


• High School Diploma or GED required


• Minimum of 1 year of appliance installation experience


• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team


• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines


• Clear and effective communication skills


• Fluent in Spanish and / or English; Conversational in English and / or Spanish is a big plus


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods


• Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing 50 pounds or more


• Ability to kneel, bend, and work at floor level


• Majority of work performed on active construction sites

Licensing and Other Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV record


• Reliable transportation to travel between job sites


• Ability to work overtime when required


• Must pass background check and drug screening
