Building Maintenance Technician

Job Duties:
• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and repair tasks
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization
• Complete daily maintenance work as needed

Requirements:
• Maintenance experience preferred
• Basic repair knowledge required
• Reliable attendance
• Strong work ethic

Shift:
• Day shift available
• Full-time position

Pay: $18-$20
