Building Maintenance Attendant

Shell Bay located in Hallandale Florida is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a seasonal part-time Building Maintenance Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. This is a seasonal position with an expected duration of six months or less.

Compensation: $18.50 BOE

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.


• Conduct periodic inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.


• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.


• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.


• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.

  Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.

  Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.

  Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
