Building Maintenance for KLD

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Person to help maintain a fully occupied 6-story building.

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day maintenance and repairs.


• Check the building regularly and make sure everything is clean and in good condition.


• Oversee and follow up on maintenance tasks.


• Identify and address issues before they become bigger problems.


• Work with vendors when needed.


• Once a week, visit another property to check the building, take care of small maintenance items, and make sure the property is clean and up to standard.


• Keep common areas and the overall property looking well-maintained.

• Requirements:
