Building Maintenance Technician

Description

Breezy Point Resort has an opening in our Building Maintenance Department.  This is a full-time, year round position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off. We also offer great resort discounts!

Duties include:

• General knowledge of building maintenance is helpful but not required.
• Evaluate, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems in the buildings.
• Receive and respond to reports of maintenance issues on the premises. 
• Maintain corporate safety procedures at all times and comply with control regulations.
• Communicate with facilities management about any repairs that are needed.
• Handyman experience is very helpful.
• Trade skills, electrical, maintenance duties include both interior and exterior.
• Ability to operate power and hand tools.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to equipment.

Requirements

• Must have a valid drivers license.  
• CPO certified is very helpful but not required.
• This position requires passing a background screening.  
• Must be able to pass the drivers license screening.
