Job Description - Building Maintenance Technician

Immediate need for a Building Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for responding to all interior and exterior maintenance requests and handling any upkeep of all Holcomb properties. The BMT will perform projects related to carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, roofing repairs pest control and additional building/lot maintenance required on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Requirements:

Prior experience in building maintenance

Proven technical and mechanical skills

Attention to detail and time management skills

Problem solving skills and ability to follow instructions and work independently

Ability to work in all weather conditions and read and communicate in English

Valid driver's license
