Job Objective: Ensure the optimal functioning and upkeep of the building facilities by performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and all operational aspects needed for a safe and well-maintained environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance (painting, plumbing, lighting, etc.) in the building’s common areas.
- Oversee the use of equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good condition and functioning properly.
- Keep a record of activities and report any damage or additional maintenance needs to building management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
- Skilled in working with maintenance tools and safety equipment.
Soft Skills:
- Proactive and able to plan preventive maintenance.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Teamwork and excellent service skills for interacting with building users.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage unexpected tasks.
Previous Experience: 3+ years in similar roles, preferably in commercial building maintenance.
