Pay Range: $22.14-$30.28 HourlyThe City of Arvada is seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Worker to support the Arvada Center, a premier cultural and community destination. This position plays a key role in ensuring the Arvada Center’s facilities are safe, clean, functional, and welcoming for staff, performers, and the public.
The role performs a variety of building maintenance and repair tasks, including basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and preventative maintenance, and assists with facility setup for performances, classes, and special events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and takes pride in maintaining a high-profile, public-facing facility.
Scheduled working hours are Tuesday - Saturday, 2:00 pm- 10:30 pm. Days off are Sunday and Monday)

The City of Arvada does not offer benefits to temporary and/or seasonal employees. Temporary, Variable Hour and Health Plan Eligible employees will earn 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum cap of 48 hours.
