Summary/Objective
The Bulk Acquisitions Coordinator I is responsible for supporting the portfolio acquisition process from deal engagement through funding and recourse completion by coordinating documentation, validating account information, and ensuring all transaction requirements are met accurately and on time.
This role focuses on execution, organization, and communication across internal and external stakeholders.

- Conduct initial due diligence on accounts prior to purchase
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate with dealers and brokers to request and validate required documents
- Support legal and compliance teams in ensuring loan documents meet federal and state requirements
- Validate loan amortization prior to purchase
- Track and monitor transaction progress and escalate issues as needed
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners
- Support onboarding of multiple loan portfolios simultaneously
- Assist with task assignment and scheduling across internal teams
- Maintain organized tracking of open items across transactions
- Coordinate between internal departments to ensure transaction completion
- Prioritize tasks based on funding timelines and business needs
- Support project-based work within the acquisitions team
- Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all work products
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of financial services, lending, or operations experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of financial or loan documentation preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday with some schedule variations as needed.
