Taco del Sol is a locally owned neighborhood taco and burrito joint that strives to be our customers go to spot for lunch and dinner.  We look at everything we do as an opportunity to earn our customers loyalty and respect.

Started in 1997, Taco del Sol has been built by dedicated people who want to make a difference in their neighborhoods by serving healthy and fresh food at a very reasonable price.

General Summary:

• Burrito Rollers perform a wide variety of duties in the overall operation of Taco Del Sol.

• Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Portion and assemble menu items.
• Maintain high level of customer service.
• Greet and assist customers with orders.
• Take phone orders.
• Stock items in shop as needed.
• Accurately operate cash register and credit card terminal.
• Follow proper cash management procedures.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Prep perishable foods.
• Wash dishes.
• Cover all scheduled shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of all Taco del Sol policies.
• Knowledge of order taking procedures.
• Knowledge of all proper food handling procedures.
• Knowledge of all safety and health procedures.
• Skill in proper operation of restaurant equipment.
• Skill in all phases of customer service.
• Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to work and maintain a clean work environment.
• Self Motivated.
