Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving business processes and strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations

- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

- Identify areas for process improvement and work with team members to implement solutions

- Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide support as needed

- Conduct market research and gather data to support new product development and marketing initiatives

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements to continuously improve processes and strategies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field

- 2-3 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau

- Knowledge of business intelligence software and CRM systems

- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
