Role Title: Business Analyst

Position Type: Contract-to-hire

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to write test scripts
• Experience gathering requirements from the business in order to work with developers to turn those into functional and technical requirements
• Experience with critical analysis, stakeholder management, and problem solving
• Ability to define what is in scope and what is out of scope
• Proven ability to relate to the business side in order to properly represent their needs
• Experience running UAT and demos
• Experience reporting on project progress, blockers, resource needs, etc.
• Ability to occasionally design wireframes, document process flows, and create training materials
• Ability to use data to tell a story
• This person will work closely with business leads, QA engineers, release managers, developers, PMO, and potentially other contractors.

• Experience within food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or heavy manufacturing a plus.
• Experience operating within major ERP environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) prefer
