The ideal candidate will demonstrate skills in:
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Creating, maintaining, and improving financial and performance reports and dashboards
- Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities
- Working with large volumes of data from multiple sources
- Organizing and interpreting data to provide actionable business intelligence
- Translating complex data and findings into clear, concise insights for stakeholders
- Applying critical thinking to identify gaps or inconsistencies in data and processes
Excel
- Data formatting, validation, and preparation
- Working efficiently with large and complex datasets
- Advanced formulas and functions
- Creating and modifying macros, including working with variables and loops
- Organizing and analyzing data to support reporting and business decision-making
Data Quality & Operations
- Managing data loads and recurring reporting processes
- Performing data audits, validation, reconciliation, and corrections
- Identifying and investigating data quality issues
- Maintaining accuracy and consistency across reports and data sources
- Identifying opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate reporting processes
Business Partnership
- Partnering with leadership, subject matter experts, and users to understand business requirements
- Managing multiple stakeholder needs, priorities, and expectations
- Translating business needs into reporting, analytical, and tool requirements
- Communicating complex information succinctly and clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Working independently while collaborating effectively across teams

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
