The Child Care Facility System (CCFS) is a production application that has had a phased development and implementation. While several phases of the system have been completed and released, several additional phases must be developed, coded and implemented.
During this contract period the individual filling this position will be not only supporting the CCFS system (especially the Legally Exempt changes/enhances) but will be responsible for the following:
a. Responsible as the lead BA for Legally Exempt change requests
b. Coordinate testing for remainder of Legally-Exempt development
c. Conduct analysis for the development of the On-Site Inspection checklist
d. Develop test plan and coordinate UAT for On-site Inspection checklist functionality.
e. Participate in unit, regression and UAT for Enforcement and conversion to VB.Net technologies.
It is vital that CCFS continues to be supported by obtaining a consultant who will be responsible for business analysis to product delivery and all help desk aspects of the CCFS project through design, pilot, implementation, and post implementation enhancements. Without this resource CCFS will be left with no support and will not be able to provide the enhancements to Legally Exempt as requested.

Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Work with users to collect and document business requirements and use cases;
2. Work with developers on analysis and logical design;
3. Perform unit and regression testing and work closely with users during UAT;
4. Assist with responding to Day Care data requests.
5. Compile status reports, schedules and requests from management on the Day Care Systems.
6. The individual in this position will work under the direction of the Project Manager & Technical Lead.
