Business Analytics and AI Lead - Hybrid

Location: 3/2 Hybrid arrangement; Office located in downtown Pittsburgh, PA

A.C.Coy is assisting a local client in their search for a full-time Business Analytics and AI Lead. This individual will utilize strong expertise in expertise in AI and analytics to identify opportunities, scope solutions, and implement tools that enhance efficiency and decision making within the company's marketing and business development efforts.

• Supports detailed departmental reporting for Marketing/Communications and Business Development
• Creates and maintains Tableau dashboards that transform data into information to support informed decision-making
• Collect and analyze data from various sources (CRM, market research, internal system, etc.)
• Supports the evaluation, development and integration of new tools and ideas that accelerate technology capabilities, including APIs and interactive tools/calculators
• Works with stakeholders to define business needs for new technology solutions and translates business requirements into technical specifications for IT
• Integrates AI capabilities to enhance Business Intelligence processes, streamline data processing, and improve reporting efficiency
• Proactively identifies opportunities for system and process improvements, particularly related CRM and member monitoring, and supports the implementation of approved departmental initiatives
• Works closely with managers and product owners to support the execution of marketing strategies
• Supports the development of new tools and ideas to drive member engagement and business
• Conducts financial statement analysis for member peer benchmarking and performance monitoring

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, and analytics
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
• Familiar with emerging AI technology and integration capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical information to leadership

Preferred:

• Proficiency with Tableau for reporting and dashboarding
• Experience collecting and analyzing sales/marketing data from various sources (CRM, market research, internal system, etc.)
• Experience creating or working with AI bots
• Familiar in programming (SaaS, SQL, Python)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
