Business Development Coordinator

Position Overview

We’re looking for a relationship-driven, proactive professional to lead business development efforts across new construction and commercial opportunities. This role serves as the bridge between our company, developers, builders, property managers, and the communities we serve ensuring our fiber services are introduced early and integrated seamlessly into new projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities in new subdivisions, multi-family developments, and commercial properties


• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, HOAs, and property managers


• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (construction, sales, marketing) and external partners


• Manage projects from initial interest through agreement, construction coordination, installation, and launch


• Track and communicate project timelines, updates, and milestones


• Represent the company at local events, meetings, and community engagements


• Collaborate with marketing to support project launches and community awareness efforts


• Maintain a pipeline of upcoming developments and actively seek new growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, project management, or account management (telecom, construction, or real estate preferred)


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and driving initiatives forward


• Ability to understand technical services and communicate them in a clear, customer-friendly way
