· Experience: Proven experience as a Sales/Business Development Representative, successful as a Hunter, specifically within IT infrastructure. MSP a plus.
· Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of IT and familiar with Low Voltage Systems.
· Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Tools: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite to maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
· Education: High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
· Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license for traveling to customer sites.
· Soft Skills: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
