EBC Printing  |  Remote/Hybrid – New Jersey, Philadelphia, or Harrisburg, PA area

EBC Printing is a full-service print, signage, promotional products, and apparel company based in Allentown, PA. Unlike most shops in the industry that specialize in just one service line, EBC brings it all together under one roof, giving clients a single trusted partner for their branding and marketing needs from concept to delivery. That full-service approach, paired with a strong reputation for quality and collaboration, has earned EBC business from some of the top employers in the Lehigh Valley, and the company is now ready to grow into new markets.

As EBC's first sales hire, you will build the sales function largely from the ground up: developing a strategy for new markets, growing a pipeline of prospects, and establishing EBC as a trusted partner well beyond its current Lehigh Valley base. You will get full training on the industry, tools, and systems, and real autonomy to run your territory in the way that works best for you.

• Identify and prospect target clients across the Lehigh Valley, New Jersey, Philadelphia, and/or Harrisburg markets, building a hunting and pipeline strategy largely from scratch
• Set appointments, lead discovery calls, and provide facility tours that showcase EBC's full range of capabilities
• Build relationships through networking, community involvement, and leveraging memberships such as the Chamber of Commerce and SHRM
• Develop and execute a sales process for markets where EBC has relied primarily on word of mouth and referrals to date
• Use CRM and MIS systems to manage your pipeline and track job quotes and status
• Represent EBC at industry and networking events across the region

• Proven B2B sales experience
• A hunter mentality and comfort with proactive outreach, including cold calling and prospecting new markets
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness
• Ability to build genuine, lasting relationships with clients and internal team members alike
• Self-motivated with the drive to build a sales process and territory in growing markets

• A true seat at the table, with real input into sales strategy, structure, and how you build your book of business
• A supportive, collaborative internal team focused on high-quality delivery, so you can stay focused on selling
• A clear growth path as you grow EBC's presence in new markets

This is a hybrid role. You may be based in New Jersey, northern Philadelphia, or the Harrisburg, PA area, with occasional travel to EBC in Allentown, PA. Regular regional travel for prospecting, networking events, and client visits is part of this role.
