We partner with brands and retailers to handle everything after checkout—starting with returns. Through our personal reverse network, we pick up items directly from customers, verify them within 24 hours, and help brands reduce losses, accelerate resale, and improve the customer experience.

We are growing quickly and looking for driven individuals to help us expand our brand partnerships.

The Role: Be the First Voice Brands Hear

As a BDR at ReturnQueen, you're not just scheduling calls — you're opening doors to partnerships that reshape how brands think about post-purchase commerce. You'll identify the right brands, craft compelling outreach, and spark conversations that turn into real business. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role on a small team where your wins are noticed, celebrated, and rewarded.

This is the launchpad. We promote from within, and our next Account Executives will come from this role.

What You'll Own

  • Hunt down and target the right brands — fashion, DTC, electronics, and beyond — and figure out exactly who to talk to
  • Run sharp, personalized outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Book meetings with the decision-makers who matter
  • Partner directly with leadership to sharpen messaging and test new plays
  • Keep your pipeline tight and your CRM (HubSpot) cleaner than your inbox
  • Hit your numbers — and then set a new bar

Requirements

 You Might Be Our Person If...

  • You have 1–3 years of experience in business development or a customer-facing role — or you're early in your career and have the fire to prove yourself
  • You write emails people actually respond to
  • Cold outreach doesn't intimidate you — it excites you
  • You're obsessed with getting better and you treat rejection as data, not defeat
  • You want to be close to the action at a startup, not lost in a corporate org chart
  • You geek out on eCommerce, retail, or just the thrill of building something new
  • You've worked at a startup before — you know what it means to move fast, wear multiple hats, and thrive without a playbook. This is a must.
