Business Development Representative

Are you passionate about building relationships and helping people find financial solutions? Interior Federal Credit Union is seeking a motivated and service-driven Business Development Representative for a full-time opportunity. In this role, you'll proactively contact members, identify financial needs, recommend Credit Union products and services, and help strengthen member relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to members and identify opportunities to provide financial solutions.


• Recommend and explain Credit Union products and services based on member needs.


• Open new accounts, process membership applications, and originate consumer loans.


• Build strong member relationships through exceptional service and communication.


• Participate in business development activities, community events, and referral-building efforts.


• Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.


• Experience: One to three years of sales, business development, banking, credit union, or related customer service experience.


• Skills: Strong communication, sales, relationship-building, problem-solving, and organizational skills with proficiency in standard office technology.
