Business Development Representative

Job Summary 

Our Digital Marketing agency provides a variety of offerings: Award Winning Pay Per Click Campaigns, Google Screened (LSAs), Websites, Google Business Profile Management and Social Media Solutions through a consultative, value-added sales approach. 

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional, capable of outbound calling and generating interest in our product set with solo attorneys and small law firms. As a business development representative, we invested in the tools to make you successful - video based training, mentoring and marketing to generate awareness of Convert It Marketing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Managing a pipeline of warm and cold leads 
• Developing outbound outreach campaigns utilizing email, phone and text to reach your prospects 
• Leveraging our proven methodology to generate 8 consultations per week 
• Maintaining your pipeline within our CRM and Kixie systems. 
• Utilizing our Practice Success Framework to coach lawyers on products and services to grow their business. 
• Engage, Qualify and Enroll prospective clients into our unique marketing lawyer platform. 
• Meet daily metrics and monthly targets. 
• Contributing to the training of others. 
• Regular and reliable attendance is required as this is a full-time position. 
• Other duties as assigned by management. 

Key Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications: 

• 1 year of sales B2B experience with a proven ability of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas and targets. 
• Experience consistently dialing 100+ leads per day. 
• Any experience in Digital Marketing or working with Law firms a big plus but not required 
• Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Competitive, but a team player! 
• Ability to work in an office environment. 

Ability to Commute: 

• Pembroke Pines, FL 33028: Reliably commute to and from the office. During the training period, this role may require five days in the office. However, once trained, a hybrid, in office model will be available with up-to three days in office and two days remote (Required) 

Physical/Mental Requirements for the Job: 

• Prolonged periods of sedentary movement. 
• May be requested to work overtime and weekends if deemed necessary. 
• Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds. 
• Certain management positions might be required to occasional travel.
