Salary: $260,000 - $390,000+

A nationally recognized Am Law 50 firm is seeking a Business Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Minneapolis office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated commercial disputes and working closely with clients on high-stakes litigation matters. The practice represents businesses across a wide range of industries in complex litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters.

Qualifications

• 
  

  J.D. from an accredited law school

  
  


• 
  

  Active Minnesota bar admission or ability to become admitted in Minnesota

  
  


• 
  

  Approximately 3-6 years of business or commercial litigation experience

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with motion practice, discovery, depositions, and legal research

  
  


• 
  

  Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent academic credentials

  
  

What You'll Do

• 
  

  Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters

  Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents

  
  


• 
  

  Manage discovery, including written discovery, document review, and depositions

  Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances

  
  


• 
  

  Develop case strategy and work directly with clients

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with attorneys across a nationally recognized litigation platform
