If this is YOU\u2026keep reading!\n\nEssential Functions:\n\nRoles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:\n\n * Coordinate and lead all business management functions including contracts, pricing, proposal development, accounting, program planning \u0026 financial control, financial planning and program scheduling\n\n * Provide financial business analysis and reporting with the ability to clearly communicate with senior management as it relates to financial program status and analyses\n\n * Partner with the program leadership team to develop/manage financial goals, establish and implement capture strategies, manage NCTA and capital investments\n\n * Develop proposals from draft RFP to award, including review of RFP, FAR clauses, coordination with subcontractor flow-downs, basis of estimates, indirect rates, pricing strategies, cash management, negotiation strategy and oversight, and presenting to Senior Management\n\n * Provide business oversight and oversee contract negotiation strategies for assigned business\n\n * Coordinate cost and schedule analyses and preparation of reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon cost and schedule parameters and government cost control guidelines.\n\n * Manage risks with multiple contract types from both an execution and financial perspective\n\n\n\n\nThe successful candidate must have a proven track record in leading a diverse team as well as the ability to promote the professional development of the business management workforce, fostering a collaborative culture that sustains the momentum around ethics and integrity, employee engagement, affordability, innovation, value growth and continuous improvement.\n\nThe candidate will maintain the highest level of commitment to quality, compliance and internal controls in adherence to company values and ethics. The position requires some travel to customer and other off-site locations.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * Must have either a bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited university and 7 years of related Aerospace Industry experience, or a masters degree from an accredited university and 5 years of related Aerospace Industry experience or a PhD from an accredited university and 3 years of related Aerospace Industry experience\n\n * 2+ years\u2019 experience in US Government contracts along with 1+ years of Leadership experience, either leading direct reports or integrated product teams\n\n * Direct Business Management experience in developing and managing financial goals and overseeing monthly financial reporting\n\n * Demonstrated leadership in or as part of a Business Management functional area (i.e., Contracts, Cost \u0026 Schedule, Pricing \u0026 Estimating, Compliance, etc.)\n\n * The ability to travel 10+% of the time\n\n * Must have an active DoD Secret or Top-Secret clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)\n\n * Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Master\u2019s degree and 9+ years of related aerospace industry experience\n\n * Experience with proposal development and negotiation is desired.\n\n * Working level knowledge of the Strike program is preferred\n\n * Active in-scope Special Program Access\n\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $172,400.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
