Summary:

• In depth understanding of Data Warehousing and business concepts & product development and the ability to determine requirements, evaluate vendors and play a key role in tool and selection; skilled in using Business Objects tool suite


• Experience defining capacity planning for database, ETL and tools


• Shall lead the design and support of enterprise-wide business applications and architecture and collaborate with IT senior management to understand and prioritize data and information requirements.


• Serve in Expert/lead technical role providing technical expertise and direction for the development of and support of complex enterprise-wide system solutions.


• Contributes to the design of application solutions including database design, ETL, report design and analytics integrations


• Manage the data quality and metadata environments


• BS/BA in Computer Science, Informatics or equivalent combination of education and experience


• Detailed understanding of SDLC methodologies and Healthcare business domain processes.


• Demonstrated understanding of functional specification approaches that lead to successful technical design and test case development


• Demonstrated ability to manage development resources and to lead and mentor in a team oriented environment


• Experience leading data architecture/data modeling on one or more full life cycle implementations; knowledgeable & skilled in data modeling; logical, physical and dimensional modeling


• Strong knowledge of performance tuning approaches, business analysis, process and data analysis
