Business Operations Manager (Mid Level)

We’re a growing consulting firm seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations, client engagement, and business growth. This role works closely with leadership and plays a key part in keeping projects on track, supporting clients, and helping the business scale.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, workflows, and internal coordination
  
• Track projects, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
  
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and support ongoing relationships
  
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and sales pipeline tracking
  
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
  
• Support invoicing, CRM updates, and general business operations
