Role and Responsibilities

This role focuses on managing and optimizing business performance in Plano, Texas. The role will analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive initiatives to inform business strategy.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights.

Skills and Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in business or finance.
  • Experience in the consumer electronics or retail industry.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar business systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagement.
