$180,000 – $220,000+

A leading law firm is seeking a Business Restructuring & Reorganization Staff Attorney to join its Cleveland office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in supporting sophisticated bankruptcy, restructuring, distressed M&A, and Chapter 11 matters as part of a nationally recognized restructuring practice.

Ideal Background

• 4–6 years of bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, or distressed transactions experience
• Experience supporting Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, and distressed acquisitions
• Experience representing debtors, official committees, lenders, or other stakeholders preferred
• Experience with bankruptcy court filings, disclosures, and related procedural matters
• Strong legal research, writing, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Active Ohio bar admission required
