- Client Overview: We are hiring for a leading technology company in the Azure NetApp Files domain.
- Role Summary: As a Mid -Level Coordinator, you will provide high -level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. You will be responsible for managing tasks efficiently and maintaining confidentiality while working in a remote environment.

4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
  - Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  - Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
  - File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  - Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
  - Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.

- MUST -Have Skills and Qualifications:

  - Familiarity with Azure NetApp Files or similar file storage services.
