Validate: A recruiter validates the candidates’ experience and skill sets against our client’s position.
Initial Screening: Based on the position and the client’s work culture, the recruiter uses initial screening questions to determine the most suitable candidates.
Submit: the recruiter will submit to the technical team qualified candidates who have passed the initial screening.
Technical Screening: The technical team then prepares a matrix of the particular requirements and required experience for the position and using a list of questions and the results, re-validates the candidates’ technical skills.
Background Check: Administrative personnel will provide a detailed background check, as required, per client agreement.
On board: On successfully completing the above steps, the candidates are welcomed on board and assisted to ensure a smooth integration at the client’s location.

• Client is seeking an Expert Level Business Systems Analyst to support the CAST Team with modernization initiatives for a 12 month engagement.
• Develop Design Specifications of the existing system(s) based on Extracted Architecture and Transaction Flows.
• Assist the team in mapping the System Transaction Flows to existing Business Process Models and document the mapping in a usable informational format.
• Document the existing Application Features in a Requirements document that can be used as a start for the replacement system and/or used for a gap analysis to evaluate potential COTS packages that could be used as a replacement.
• Create Data Flow and Process Flow Diagrams

Required Skills:

• App development experience in Mainframe or Distributed systems
• Business process analysis, requirements development, and Technical Specification documentation
• Excellent organization and presentation skills
• Extensive knowledge of software/systems development lifecycle methodologies including SOA methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to explain business processes to IT users and IT applications to business users.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Proven experience writing clear and concise technical documentation and conveying technical and functional concepts.
• Experience with CAST Application Analysis tool
• COBOL/CICS/DB2
