Busser

Job Brief: We are looking for a reliable and energetic Busser to join our team.

Starting at $16.78 hour - *Potential average monthly customer tips for a capable busser can range from $2,000 to $3,000+.

Responsibilities: The Busser is responsible for setting and clearing tables, and providing a clean and tidy environment in the restaurant.

• Set up tables with appropriate cutlery and other necessary items before customers arrive
• Clear the tables after customers leave
• Ensure all dishware and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored
• Sweep and mop dining areas as needed
• Assist servers in food delivery and refilling of beverages
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure a safe and sanitary working environment

Skills Required:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
