The Busser position is responsible to clear the table after each course and maintain the table until the guest departs.
Essential Duties:
Greeting customers
Provide outstanding customer service
Processing payment
Setting tables
Clearing tables
Suggesting menu options and wine pairings
Ensure each guest is satisfied with their food
Knowledgeable in alcohol pairings
Able to make drinks at guests requests
Job Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Must be able to carry 20 lbs.
Fluency in job-related English both verbal and non-verbal.
2 to 3 years experience upscale casual restaurant.
Commitment to superior customer service and excellent customer service skills.
Flexibility and creative problem-solving ability.
Strong initiative and self-motivation.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
