Job Description - Buyer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to join our Procurement team.

The Buyer will support both direct and indirect procurement activities, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely purchasing, material availability, and efficient procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from RFQ to Purchase Order and delivery.
  • Support global procurement activities for both production materials (electronic components, mechanical parts, PCBs, cables, etc.) and indirect categories (services, equipment, office supplies, software, and facilities).
  • Issue and manage Purchase Orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Request quotations, compare commercial offers, and support supplier negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in Israel and abroad.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor open purchase orders and proactively resolve supply issues.
  • Maintain accurate procurement data in the ERP system.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by coordinating material availability.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding, documentation, and procurement reporting.

Key Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field – an advantage.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems – an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
