• Maintenance Technician


• Maintenance Supervisor


• Leasing Consultant


• Assistant Manager


• Property Manager

Maintenance Requirements:

• General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, carpentry, landscaping, appliances.


• One or more industry-specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO) preferred.


• Prior experience in maintenance or a related field preferred - entry-level candidates welcome.


• Reliable transportation and a working cell phone.


• Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.


• Brings a positive, enthusiastic attitude to the team.


• Available to participate in on-call rotations when needed.

Administrative Requirements:

• Sales or customer service experience preferred - entry-level candidates welcome.


• Comfort and ability to resolve conflict and provide a high level of customer care.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Time management and organizational skills.


• Goal-oriented, self-starter work ethic.


• Associate's and/or bachelor's degree preferred.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
