Job Description - Cabinets Sales Representative

About Us:


With a three-decade history on the forefront of the stone market, Best Cheer Stone (BCS) embodies affordable excellence in stone materials. Our goal is to bring the most exquisite stone in the world to fabricators and commercial builders everywhere, pairing the personalized service of a local stonemason with the large-scale capabilities of a global distributor. Our factory-direct facilities on both coasts offer slabs, prefabricated countertops, prefabricated vanity tops, tiles, mosaics, façade panels and cut-to-size items; our west coast facility is home to the country’s largest selection of pre-fabricated countertops and vanity tops.


 


Position: Cabinets Sales Representative


 


Key Responsibilities:


- Proactively develop new business by visiting kitchen & bath showrooms, cabinet dealers, and other industry professionals.


- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers while expanding market presence.


- Conduct regular outside sales visits throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area and travel to neighboring states as needed.


- Follow up on all customer inquiries, quotations, and projects to successfully convert opportunities into sales.


- Coordinate customer appointments, job site visits, and project discussions in a timely manner.


- Prepare cabinet layouts, quotations, and estimates. Experience with 2020 Design is preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate.


- Collaborate with the showroom, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service from quote to delivery.


- Identify dormant accounts and actively re-engage previous customers.


- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through proactive prospecting and relationship building.


- Responsible for following up with customers to ensure any changes are accounted for, requests are fulfilled, and any challenges are addressed.


 


Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience in outside sales, business development, or a sales-driven environment with a proven ability to generate new business.

  • Experience in the cabinet, kitchen, construction, building materials, flooring, stone, or related industry is strongly preferred.


- Strong sales mindset with the confidence to cold call, network, and build long-term customer relationships.


- Ability to travel locally for customer visits; occasional out-of-town travel may be required.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.


- Understanding of cabinetry, construction, blueprints, or floor plans is required.


- Experience in 2020 Design software is preferred.



  • Ability to proactively and effectively acquire new customers.

  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.


 


Pay Range: $25.00 - $26.00/hour + monthly commissions


 


Working Conditions: Multiple environments including office and warehouse.
