Lynn Electronics is actively recruiting an energetic, high-potential Cutter Associate to join our growing team.  We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.  As a Cutter Associate, you will be responsible for cutting cables of all sizes and types, either manually or with an electric cable cutter. This is a full time, first shift position. 

Responsibilities of the Cutter Associate Include:

• Cable Cutting responsibilities include preparing cable for production by cutting spools of cable into lengths that meet customer requirements.
• Based on specific job orders Cable Cutters cut cables, of all sizes and types, either manually or with an electric cable cutter.
• Job requires person to stand, bend, reach and lift to perform they job.
• Follow BOM of any Job order and kit parts according to BOM required quantity.
• Reading drawing and electrical wiring diagrams.

Desired Experience:

• 1-3+ years related experience.
• General computer knowledge, willingness, and ability to learn new programs.
• Attention to detail.

Candidates must be able to read and interpret work instructions in English, possess effective communication skills, and a professional demeanor.  You should be punctual and reliable as this is a very important support position.  The position requires the ability to lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
