Job Description - Cadillac New Car Sales Consultant



Les Stanford Cadillac is hiring new talent to add to our amazing team! Family owned and operated since 1968, we pride ourselves on selecting and developing top talent employees. Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture relationships to create a client base for life.
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become a superior automotive advisor.
  • Be well versed on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Complete all Les Stanford assigned sales training
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful repeat and referral business.
  • Overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
  • Prospect, network, make appointments, and ensure no prospects leave our property without being assisted. Follow up with prospects and customers so as not to miss immediate, or longer term opportunities
  • Record customer/prospect communications in our Dealer Management System and Customer Management System consistently, accurately, and in a timely manner
  • Follow established processes and prepare necessary documentation 
  • Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

  • Ability to overcome objections with confidence 
  • Integrity and dependability
  • Results driven attitude 
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
