Position Title: Café Coordinator Location: Upland Hills Health - Dodgeville Hospital Campus Role & Department: Café Coordinator in the Culinary Services Department Hours & Shift: Part-time 32 hours per week (.8 FTE), day shift position, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., every other weekend and holiday rotation. Potential for additional hours. Role Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for stocking food and supplies in the cafeteria
- Will provide short order breakfast cooking for Café guests
- Will serve food and cashier during the meal times
- Will coordinate special functions for the facility
- Will assist the Café Cook as needed
- Creativity with food options is beneficial
Qualifications:
- Past experience in a commercial kitchen or restaurant is beneficial
- Prior experience with food service work is beneficial
- Prior short order cooking is preferred
- Prior culinary education and training is desirable
- Able to obtain a ServSafe certificate within 6 months of employment
