Cafe Supervisor - Night Shift

The Cafe Supervisor is a hospitality driven leader responsible for elevating the daily dining experience and ensuring employees feel they are stepping into a world-class dining facility. This role oversees daytime cafeteria operations with a strong emphasis on cleanliness, service flow, and guest satisfaction.

Pay: $22 

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.   A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

•  Maintain a polished, welcoming environment that reflects a high-end hospitality standard.
• Ensure tables are cleared, sanitized, and reset quickly so every guest has a clean place to enjoy their meal.
• Assign tasks and adjust staffing in real time to maintain seamless service during peak hours.
• Watch the floor with precision, anticipating needs and preventing bottlenecks.
• Direct cleaning staff to maintain a fast, efficient table-turnover rhythm.
• Maintain an approachable, service-oriented presence that reinforces a world-class dining atmosphere.
• Uphold strict sanitation standards to protect guest health and comfort.
• Identify training needs, skill gaps, and development opportunities; ensure team members receive appropriate training.
• Report safety hazards, equipment issues, and repair needs promptly to ensure a safe, fully functional dining environment.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-traffic restaurant, cafeteria, or dining hall.
• Strong ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment.
• Highly vigilant, with the ability to monitor table turnover.
• Sociable, approachable, and confident directing staff.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Experience with banquet-style service is a plus.
• Able to take direction and adapt quickly to changing needs.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
