Our Cage Cashier/Tellers work in a fast-paced casino/cardroom environment at Silicon Valley’s premier 24/7 entertainment destination. Casino M8trix is looking for motivated and customer focused professionals to join our Cage Cashier team, helping us take our customer satisfaction to the next level of excellence.

The Cage Cashier is responsible for chip and cash transactions, issue impress carts and table banks, assist with even exchange employee transactions, and provide excellent service to customers and employees.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old.
• Must be willing to undergo background check.
• Pass math and chip handling tests.
• Schedule flexibility during training is required (HIRING FOR ALL SHIFTS).

Approximate Shifts:

Day: (7:00am – 3:00am), Swing (3:00pm – 11:00pm), and Grave (11:00pm – 7:00am)

If you would like to join our dynamic Cage Cashier team, you will bring the following traits to the

position:

• High Cash Handling or Cashiering experience required.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience.
• Motivated learner.

This is a full-time job with available benefits to those who qualify. Starting Compensation is $18.00 hourly, plus tips. The pay scale for this position is $18.00 - $24.00 per hour. Employee benefits are available for all qualifying full-time employees including: paid time off, medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and a 20% employee discount on food, non-alcoholic beverages, and Casino M8trix merchandise. Position is eligible for a retention bonus of $1,000 after three months of employment and satisfactory performance (specific conditions apply).
